The diet (1 day) is in the attachment, will create more days later so I don't get bored of it.
I am a 23 year old male, I weight 85kg and I am 180 cm tall. I want to lose fat, so my plan is to create 7 day plan which I can eat all year round, then add some exercise and weight lifting.
Can you give your opinion in terms of macros etc ?
