Diet for High School runningback

I play runningback in highschool, and want to improve my nutrition and workouts so that I can maximize my performance.
I'm not the fastest player on the team, and I do carry some fat on my lower belly/on the sides that I would like to get rid of.

As of today I workout 4 times a week with weights along with football practise. I also have a clean diet consisting of lean proteins, veggies, some healthy fats and only carbs before/after a workout.
This diet is a bit hard to for me to do in the long run, as it`s pretty strict and I`m constantly hungry.

Any help on getting a diet that is sustainable? Also some tips for training to get faster and leaner?

Age: 15
Height: 5`7
Max Deadlift: 242lbs
Max Squat: 175lbs
Max Bench: 132lbs
