I want a body which will fit in t-shirts, shirts. I am a very thin boy. I know I should eat more to bulk up and I already started to eat more since last 15 days and I can see a very little difference.
I can cover the calories needed. My carbs, fats need are fulfilled. But I can't fulfill my protein need. Eating more protein is not possible for me. Though I try my best to get as much as I can. But still not enough.
Can I do calisthenics depending on calories only? (Not much protein)
Can I build my body by eating those calories? (Not much protein)
I don't need a huge bodybuilder body.
Doing hard calisthenics without much protein, will it harm my body? (I am 17 years old boy)
