So i've been trying to make a diet that fits best for me but i still have doubts with what should i be eating and what not.
im 172cm , 65kg, and prob 18-21% bodyfat (classic skinny fat) After reading i've come to conclusion that best is to make a diet for lean muscle gain, since i'll also be burning fat because i haven't done any sport since 8 months ago so, from what i know i can be burning some belly meanwhile gaining some muscle.
But the thing is , i've calculated my BMR and macros and it is:
- 170g prot
- 210g of carb
- 60g of fat
calculated BMR and it is 1600 at rest and 2000 in motion so, i've read that i should be aiming for 2100 calories to get some gains without taking much fat.
the thing is, 170g of prot seems ABSURD. it is more than 1g per pound (65kg = 144lb), and i still don't know how much protein should i aim for, because i've read on this forum that 1g/lb is more than enough, some others say that 1g/lb is too much or that 1.5g/lb is the big deal
and supposing 170g is ok, or 110g , how the hell am i achieving 2100 cal , i would need to take like 200-300g carbs that seems completely off (i still dunno if its healthy), its just seem like im gonna take a lot of fat eating that much.
i need someone with experience to clear my ideas and what should i do. Im not asking a meal plan, im asking about nutrition info
BTW: another doubt i have is that if i should eat every day the same calories (on workout and off workout)
