meal check...... how does this look?

hello everyone, thanks for stopping by.

my daily meals look like so

1st meal (6:30) 2 scrambled eggs in the micro wave (salt, pepper, little shredded cheese). glass of orange juice

7:00 - cup of water

8:00 - cup of coffee (creamer, little bit of sugar to take the bite out)

9:00 - cup of water with a banana

11:00 - lunch, bottle of water, .30 lbs of either chicken or turkey, with 3 slices of cheese, and a "snack" pack of club crackers. the crackers are better than the bread i was using (i think)

12:00 to 1:00 bottle of water with creatine

2:00 - cup of coffee (creamer, little bit of sugar to take the bite out)

2:30 - nature valley Oats and honey bar, cup of water (sometime i have a big scoop of peanut butter with it)

3:30 - cup of coffee (creamer, little bit of sugar to take the bite out) (this is my pre-workout LOL)

4 to 5 - Firece 5 work out.

5:30 - snack (can of Tuna with crackers, or a repeat of 2:30,)

6:00 to 8:00 dinner time. this is always random, mostly chicken, never bread, could be rice or pasta,



im @ 180 lbs, 6'3", 13%-15% Body fat (could almost see abs, if they were bigger) (bicep goes from 12.5 relaxed to 15 flexed) i have a desk job, on the firece 5 work out, and trying to get bigger. bigger EVERYWHERE. chest is small, legs are small, lat are small, arms are small.


am i getting enough? what are your thoughts... thanks,
