Currently i am 150lbs at 21% body fat and im trying to get down to at least 15% or lower. My calories are at 1700 and my maintenace is around 2000. My protein in take is .82g per pound of bodyweight. Fat intake is .4 of bodyweight and carbs are the remaining. Anything wrong here or maybe some suggestions for me to help achieve my goal? I want to drop body fat so i can start bulking after. My current workout is lifting 4 days a week and cardio 2 days a week along with some HIIT.
