I've been put to play DE by my coach recently, which I'm exited about.
I'm currently carrying a little bit more fat on the sides and lower belly than I would like and probably benefit of.
My diet is already pretty clean. I'm currently sticking to eating complex carbs as oatmeal in the morning, and mostly just meat and vegetables at dinner. Proteinshakes and greek yughurt is usually my preworkout/snacks.
As of the training part, I workout with weights 4 times a week, with 3 -5 days of cardio (usually 1 hour per session of cardio)
I need help with is finding the right amout of macros and calories so that I'll get as lean as possible (losing body fat) and add muscle at the same time.

Weight: 160lbs~
Height: 5'7
