Protein fluff for breakfast

Is this protein fluff I make okay as a daily breakfast, since it fills me up quite a bit for a while (assuming vitamins/minerals are fulfilled for remainder of day)?

40 g whey/casein protein 3 g xantham gum 6 oz unsweetened vanilla cashew almond milk 10 oz zevia ginger root beer/cream soda 60 g banana (sometimes)
