A new study floating around seems to suggest that probiotic use may be linked to brain fog & SIBO. I didn't have a chance to read the full study, & it only included 38 participants, but the removal of probiotics & the introduction of antibiotics seemed to improve symptoms of both SIBO & brain fog. As someone who eats large amounts of probiotic foods & greek yogurt, should I ditch my daily probiotic? My probiotic pills seem to have improved my digestion but this study alarms me & I would save some damn money if I quit. Study:https://www.nature.com/articles/s41424-018-0030-7
