Hello friends, I’m looking to both gain some weight and build lean muscle. I started workout from March and have gained around 3-4 kgs on natural diet. My current weight is around 66 kgs and height is 182cm and my age is 23 years.
I am confused between ON 100% Gold standard whey protein and Syntha 6 protein blend. The first one has high amount of protein whereas the second one also has some amount of carbs and fat.
So which one should I opt for?
