Fireman who is very active in a busy department, gets to PT 4-5 days a week (on/off duty). Looking for nutrition help for better meals and new supplements, Possibly adding a weight loss supplement. Currently use BPI best protein and Best BCAA shredded, willing to switch to a new brand based off recommendations. Open to all ideas about nutrition, new supplements.
