Good morning fellow health nuts :-P
I would love some advice/help/tips/suggestions for meal prep for both HIS & HERS portions. I am trying to lose weight and tone up, he is trying to add muscle mass without completely bulking. I have meal prepped for myself for the past 6 years or so, but I am unsure how to incorporate his needs in a sufficient way.
I would love any help with portion sizes, tips, recipe ideas, etc. Really, anything that you do that might help me would be extremely appreciated. What I am trying to avoid is two completely seperate meal prepping, I want to make the same foods for both of us, but just alter portion sizes and food amounts (let me know if I need to clarify that).
