Hey y’all so I’m a 16 yr old male 5’9 and around 160 lbs. I started my diet around 235 lbs in late April and basically “starved” myself (without knowing it) to 160. Yes I know I’m an idiot you do not need to tell me twice. Throughout my weight loss I did Insanity. I’m pretty sure I was eating like 1000 calories a day, I really wasn’t aware of it. Anyway, I’m extremelt worried on how to maintain. I don’t know if a reverse diet is necessary or can I just go back to my new maintenance calories? I really don’t want to gain an excessive amount of fat back. If y’all can help me that’d be great.
