Hi, I'm a 15 year old trying to bulk right now. I have been trying to research nutrition and stuff. One of the things I've been trying to learn is meal prep. For Breakfest I know what to have. But for before working out and after working out and also supper I do not know what to eat, keep in mind, I am in high school.
