i'm a 19 year old male, 5 foot 9, 74KG (163LBS) and am starting bulking after 3 months of dieting and eating at a calorie deficient. I've just started an upper- lower split and go to the gym 4 days a week (if this is any useful info)
How many calories should I aim to consume a day for bulking and how do I eat a surplus but gain muscle and not fat?
