Help needed accurately tracking canned beans calories/macros.

Ok so I need some help figuring out how to properly track the calories/macros in these canned Cannellini Beans.
According to the label, a serving is 130g and contains 100 calories. The can indicates there are approximately 3.5 servings per can, with a total net weight in the whole can of 439g.

I drained the beans of their liquid and weighed the remaining beans and they weighed 245g.

So if I take 245g and divide by the serving size of 130g, that equals around 1.9 servings which would come out to around 188 calories. If I just enter “1 container” into MFP since I’m eating the whole can (minus the liquid) it equals 350 calories. That’s a pretty huge difference (162 calories), especially for someone who is cutting.
I can’t imagine the liquid is all that calorically dense, but the weight of that liquid is obviously included in the nutrition information on the label.
Anyway, I’m confused. What’s the best way to go about tracking these buggers?
