Im 19, 5'9 and only 63kg. I've always had trouble putting on weight but I'm really trying to bulk up now. I aim to hit the gym three times a week and have a pretty healthy diet - Eggs every morning, chicken/rice for lunch, Steak/veg for dinner etc. I still can't seem to gain much weight so I'm trying to upgrade my portion sizes and eat more frequently. Only problem is, unless I'm actually hungry, I tend to feel quite sick when I eat and find it really difficult to finish meals when I'm already full. Anyone else having this problem and is there a solution? Or should I just stop complaining and continue force feeding myself?
