For bodybuilding I also say people say u need 1g or 1.20g of body pound of protein to build muscle but MMA isn't really about muscle. Just MMA 90 mins 3 times per week, is 100 calorie surplus with 0.8g of protein per body pound enough or I need to take 1g of body pound to get to better shape ?
