How can I get rid of them, I'm a tall dude and bulking is really difficult so I don't want to lose weight, I don't have nutritious food only a bunch of pasta, beef steak, rice, bread, fried pork, etc.
What can I do? Is there an exercise to isolate that area? Also the area in my armpit has gotten fat as well how can I tone that area too? Chest press with dumbbells? Cable fly's? Idk need help
