Bulk Better with Clean v Junk Food??

Hi guys, I am planning to try an build muscle for a few months until I like my physique. However I am planning on taking a Chef's course and will sometimes eat not the healthiest foods, such as white bread, sauces and fried foods. My diet now is very clean, for example, sweet potatoes, chicken, fish, most things you associate with healthy.

So, my question is will I build more muscle if I eat clean rather than eating 60% clean and 40% unhealthy foods?
