Like 5 weeks ago I started lean bulking after being on cutting for 5 months (approx 1800 cal) with daily calorie intake of approx 2800 cal (400g carbs, 180g protein, 55g fat). The food basically stayed the same during the cutting, I just dropped fat to 17% and increased carbs intake.
New food I started to take i mainly around bread, pasta and rice. Of the fats, I mainly eat fat from meat and from nuts fruit. Not too much vegetable like pies or bean (maybe once a week)
A few days after I started this diet, I started having a lot of gasses which I prescribed to entering a lot of fiber with food. However, it is taking like this for the past 5 weeks. The minute I wake up, I start having gasses, which increase towards the night. At night, it's horrible being around me :).
Did anyone have similar problems? Am I eating the wrong food? Any advices?
