Ways to make eating more enjoyable.

I normally just lurk and read but it’s becoming a struggle so time to post, I’ll try and follow the rules.

5 day cycles, 2 high carb, 3 low carb.

26 yr old, 175lbs, 6’1” hard gainer looking to reach about 200lbs, nothing crazy shredded but a 10-12% body fat would be cool.

High day

I can hit those macros with the typical food sources of chicken, rice, oatmeal, veggies at each serving, protein shakes, peanut butter, and drinking olive oil to boost fats on low days.

My struggle, eating that much food, especially on high days. 1 cup oatmeal measured dry plus the other breakfast items is just a **** load for me in 1 sitting. It will take me an hour to eat breakfast. Lunch and dinner both consisting of 1 1/2 cups of rice which again is just a ton to eat along all the other foods. I wake up hungry every morning but not hungry enough to eat what I would consider a meal for a fat man.
