I'm 42 yr olds, 5'9, and currently weigh 190lbs. I want to cut weight down to about 175lbs (ideally 170lbs) However, I am struggling with sticking with a nutrition plan. I tried Keto but felt overwhelmed and couldnt commit to the 5-7% carb intake.
I started hitting the gym daily last week so I have good momentum getting my workouts in. I have an athletic build and I know I can cut weight down but for some reason...I'm in a rut.
Do you have any nutrition plans or any advice you can give me? I would greatly appreciate it!
