Newbie at nutrition, need help

So I'm new to this thing.
I'm obese right now but made the decision to start a healthier lifestyle, finally found that spark that makes me go to the gym. But I realize I need to fix my nutrition for this to really work.

So.. some stuff about me:
27 male
Height 169 cm/5"7
Weight 99kg/218 pounds. My goal is to be somewhere around 70kg/154 pounds
Don't know my body fat percentage but I reckon it's between 40% and 45%

With this I calculated my caloric intake and macro's. My goal here is 1800 calories a day with the following macro's:
180 gram protein
60 gram fat
135 gram carbs

Not 100% sure if this is good so could use some advise on this.
Anyway.. I'm a picky eater and am trying to put together a few meal plans so I can variate from day to day while still being consistent with macro's and calories. This is where I'm lost.. Is there like any tool or something that helps you with this?
