I am 31 years old, 121 lbs and a little skinny fat. I'm trying to get my nutrition on track and have been keeping a food diary, but always fall short with my macros. Today I had 128g of carbs, 53g of protein, and 68g of fat. I feel satisfied and full - the idea of eating more makes me feel sick and like I would be overeating.
I know that I can up my protein intake by making three protein shakes a day in addition to my typical meals.
My main question is - if I have gone probably an entire lifetime not meeting my macros, will my weight explode if I suddenly start meeting them every day but aren't doing major lifting? I am doing home workouts for now so it's mostly body weight and resistance band exercises.
