Hello. I am 13 years old, 5' 4 and 121 pounds. My family and I are from Southeast Asia meaning our diets consist of a lot of rice. For our three meals, we eat rice and we eat fish, meat, vegetables with it. Search up Bengali food if you want to know more about it. My main concern is that the rice is white rice and we eat portions that are probably 2,3,4 times the recommended serving and we eat it three times a day. I'm skinny fat so I'm trying to build muscle but I know about the saying that you cannot out train a bad diet so I'm looking to see if there is any way that I can keep this diet but still make progress.
