Could someone with more experience help me

I am fairly new to the bodybuilding scene and am currently running fierce for the first time yesterday, I have read all the sticky topics but trying to understand how you calculate the calories of food from resturaunts.

Could someone tell me about how many calories and or oz of lo mein and seasame chicken I have here.
