Tips on diet?

I was wondering if my daily diet is good or bad or if there should be any changes I eat 5 eggs for breakfast 1 kodiak waffle, 1 cup of milk, one bowl of oatmeal and one tablespoon of peanut butter

For lunch I eat a protein shake and protein bar

For dinner I eat one pound of ground beef or 2 chicken breasts, with either pasta or mashed potatoes
Comes out to around 190-220 grams of protien every day

Is there anything I should Change? I’m 16 years old, i want to increase strength and maintain or gain muscle, but I’d consider that secondary as Id perfer to lose fat, id estimate my body fat to be at ~15% I also lift 4-5 times a week and do HIIT cardio 4 times a week
