I've been meal prepping and doing research for the longest time, I even consulted with a few trainers in my area and I have not come up with a decent meal prep that I can lose weight and clean eating. I work out regularly and am pretty active, I've been thinking of doing a bikini competition but rather lose some weight and gain some muscle. I'm a very simple person and don't eat a ton of meat but don't mind eating the same thing over and over. I've been counting my calories with MYNETDiary and I'm doing 1,050 calorie budget. I'm finding it hard to put together a meal prep because I read don't eat rice ("carbs") to eating meat every meal. My usual meal prep consists of the below:
Breakfast - 2 eggs, 1 tbsp no sugar ketchup
Snack - 1/2 Cantaloupe
Lunch - 4 oz shredded buffalo chicken, 1/3 cup rice, 1 cup broc****
Snack - Banana with 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Dinner - Salad (2 cups mixed greens, cucumber, red onion, chickpeas, croutons and 2 tbsp dressing)
I need a consistent meal prep that I can make throughout the week with staying in my calorie budget. If anyone has any ideas or meal recipes that are as simple and basic as the above, or any recommendations I look forward to hearing back!
