I have just completed the first year of my journey, lost a 100 pounds total, around 45 kilos, now I'm stuck at 106.7 kilos, can't lose a freaking gram over it.
I had another plateau about 3 months ago that lasted 3 months and lead to me having a checkup, turns out I had insulin sensitivity and started taking metformin, that's how I dropped the second 50lbs
My current setup is 1700 calories a day, my body-weight in protein, moderate carbs and fat, probably a 40/40/20 plan
I exercise 5-6 days a week, weights, and do 3 cardio sessions a week, besides, I walk to the gym everyday, which is about a mile a leg.
What am I doing wrong?
