I am currently a week into a Keto diet. I have access to well discounted hamburger meat. I always get the leanest possible, and I take time to make sure I get as much fat out as possible, to the point that the meat is really dry (which I actually like so taste isn’t a problem). I’ve heard a lot about hamburger meat having a lot of trans fats and stuff like that, and it can have severe medical effects over time. My question is is it okay for me to have a pound of ground hamburger meat a day if I continue to get the leanest possible and drain as much fat out as humanly possible? Will there be any negative effects? Hamburger meat fits perfectly in my diet plan so I would really like to continue having it every day
