Confused on Calorie Intake I need

I am 30 years old, 145lbs, 5'9 and about 14% BF. I've been cutting for the past 6 months and have gone from 175, 25% to 145, 14%. Now is the time to bulk and add muscle. I've been looking at a ton of different sites, but get some different answers, I want to know what has worked for people.

I work a desk job and I plan to do the 5x5 program for the next 6 months or so. I really want to add some muscle. From all the research I have done, I've gotten a range of 2300 to 3000 calories needed to clean bulk 0.5 lbs a week. I was planning to go with 2500 calories per day to achieve 0.5 lb/week. I'll keep track week by week and adjust my intake accordingly, but does this sound like a good starting number. Protein = 145 grams/day as well.
