Hey! I'm currently trying to bulk i have been switching between cutting and bulking way too much and been yoyo'ing back and forth so i need to pick one and stay with it so i decided to bulk. I'm trying to aim for a 200cal surplus at 3250cals/day. Same calories from the 9th September to 6th of October. Is this looking good so far or am i too high on calories? I'm just really bad at this stuff :P Thanks in advance!
