I’m new to bodybuilding. I’m impatient, and I want to cut this excessive fat that I have, so I can have a clean bulk after arriving to the 10-12 percent range body fat.
What is more recommendable for a guy like me without any significant amount of muscle, losing moderately 1 to 2 pounds of body fat until I arrive to 10 percent body fat, or, go into a water only fast for 15 days, moderately eat (not too much so I don’t gain the weight back, I estimate 2000 calories for 4 days, then back to fasting) for the aggressive cut?
