Feeling tired despite eating more

Hey.

I am currently 140 pounds at 5'10" and 10% body fat. Athletic build - some muscle mass.

For the last couple of months I was eating about 1400 calories per day with a TDEE of 2150, a daily deficit of 750 calories (losing 1.5 pounds per week). I was hitting the gym three times per week. I was about 12.5-15% body fat back then.

Now, I just feel exhausted and cannot push myself to the gym. Resort to swimming instead. My diet is still all good (high in good proteins, fats and fiber; low in sugar, carbohydrates, bad fats, salt), rest too (some problems with sleeping for some reason though - frequent waking up but I get the minimum sleep). I try to keep active by walking at least. Take some supplements (including minerals and vitamins). Eat plenty of vegetables and meat.

How come I feel weaker now? Is it because the body fat percentage is lower and the body is battling to preserve it? I had to up my calories to 1500 and my TDEE is about 2125 (625 deficit - losing 1.25 pounds per week) but still I feel ****. I tried upping the carbs but only got some water retained and not more energy.

To note I switched to IF 18:6 two weeks ago when this exhaustion begun to battle it (feel better to have two big meals instead of three small) but I am not sure if it helped much. Definitely think that leaving it would be a worse choice.

Any tips? My goal is 7.5% body fat (for lean face - model).

Lastly, I am cutting from 200 pounds (30%) from the beginning of the year with no pauses (coming off a dirty bulk). The plan is to lean bulk (250 surplus) when I hit 7.5% to go until 10% cycle (will take 6:1 months).

TL;DR:

Felt fine at a daily 750 calorie deficit between 12.5-15% body fat but now feel **** at a 625 calorie deficit at 10% body fat. Goal is 7.5% body fat - not too worried about the muscle mass but rather a toned body (will get back all on the bulk).

Cheers.
