So Iv been trying to bulk up over the past 4 months or so. I started at around 150 lbs around May 2018. Im currently around 160 range but my goal weight is at least 170-175.

My daily calorie goal is set at 3,500. Most of the time I meet it, but some days I get lazy and just go without eating because I know I can. And I lose weight quickly. So I notice it quite much.
I drink LOTS of whole milk, especially chocolate milk. At least a pint per day which is an easy 880 calories.
Does it really matter if its liquid vs whole food for calories? My metabolism is fast as **** so I know I need to be eating more, but HOW do I get myself trained to eat more and more. Sometimes at the table Ill have a big burger or steak with sides, and I stop eating half way through just because I feel full.
Anybody with experience give me some pointers on how to achieve this daily goal? Im a very picky eater as well...
