Hunger

180 lbs, cutting at 2k calories. Eating (imo) a ridiculous amount of volume and still find myself hungry throughout the day so I can only assume it's ghrelin and leptin causing the issues? Any tips for 'manipulating' these hormones? I'm just at home studying this summer so maybe it's boredom causing the issue?

Example eating.
Weds: 1940 calories, 267 C, 49F, 173 P, 6.8 lbs of food and over 3 L water
Thur: 2000 calories, 215 C, 75F, 167P, 5.5 lbs of food and over 3 L water
