Hey guys. I have been following articles and queries that get posted here but this is the first time I am posting a question myself.
I'm 5'11, 75.6 kg currently. Started bulking 3 weeks ago. Consuming 2951 kcal/day. 187P330C98F. My workouts are pretty strenuous and last about 120 min (6 days/week). Apart from that I do a lot of walking and my work involves standing 3hr/day and a lot moving. Do you think my diet is on point or should I increase the calories further? I have been skeptical lately about the diet because I don't see any physical changes. Had expected to beef up a little after 3 weeks.
