I'm interested on others' thoughts on this. When bulking, as I am at present, I find getting 0.7g/lb of protein very easy, even without supplements. Usually I end up in the 0.8-1g/lb range.Getting 0.4g/lb of fat is even easier - I'm usually closer to double that when bulking. There is no minimum requirement for carbs, which is good, because even on a bulk I struggle to eat more than 250-300g per day.
When cutting, hitting my protein minimum becomes trickier, because lots of protein-rich foods, like eggs, are also calorie-dense. I find I need a shake a day to meet my minimum. Fats are still easy to hit while cutting.
