Hi guys, need some input or advice on how to get my diet dialed back in. I started my new job working away on a camp. The food selection is small. Basically the cook will cook a main dish and outside that there’s not much else other then soup or a salad. I’m looking to lose a good 50-60 lbs and will enter at a caloric deficit. What should I do to keep energy levels up ( 12 hour work days ), be able to lose weight and still be relatively healthy? If I live on salad and soups will it be okay? A lot of the foods tend to be comfort foods like pizza, burgers, etc. Maybe I should buy a tub of protein or meal replacement?
