I’m 17, 5’11, 150lbs and I’ve made a meal plan for myself to follow which allows for 3000 calories a day. Just want some advice on anything I should change about it.
Breakfast- 3 Whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal
Snack- Protein Shake (25g protein, 137 carbs)
Meal 1- 6oz Chicken, 1 cup rice, 100g broc****
Meal 2- 3oz ground beef, 300g Red Potato
Meal 3- 3oz ground beef, 1 cup rice
Snack- 1 cup Greek all fat yogurt
Comes out to 2,971 Calories
183g Protein
441g Carbs
54g Fat
Looking to put on 10-15lbs
