Hi everyone,
I recently have been through a stomach operation to cure my acid reflux which has left me some pretty rough digestive issues, carbs cause untold flatulence and I need to sort out my gut before I start increasing carbs again. Going to try going low carb to reduce my gas and then supplement with probiotics and digestive enzymes to sort my self out.. then introduce carbs when my digestive system is healthy again.
Question is, can you bulk on low carb? Will it hinder progress? I usually require a load of carbs to feel energetic and i feel I thrive off of carbs so I think I may find this hard but want to try it out.
What do you guys think and how have anyone on here got on bulking low carb?
