good foods for college, and wanting to gain some weight

Hello, my name is Mitchel. i may not be like some of the people on this site but i was just wanting some advice that will help me stay healthy in college and keep me in reasonably good shape while i'm here. there are a few thing i would like advice on the first being food that will keep well in a college dorm and that are healthy. the main thing i would like to increase the amount of protein i eat since it not much as of right now. i would also like it to help supplement my normal food intake or be a meal on its own. i do have a mini fridge in my dorm room but its not the best in the world, so i wouldn't trust it to keep any foods long term. the second thing i would like advice on is a bit different. as of right now i weigh 110 - 115 pounds. this is mainly because i have a very fast metabolism, so i would like some advice on way i could increase my weight from below average. be it by increasing my muscle mass or just changing what i eat to be healthier i would like some help.

edit: i don't know why it says my age it 48. i turn 19 in November
