my schedule is a little all over the place, so I've been resorting to early morning workouts. Honestly they end up being fasted but I'm wondering if that's the best?
Currently 195 20% bodyfat cutting to 12%.
Workout is 3-4 x week fullbody with cardio on off days. The cardio is fine fasted as I can handle it. But wondering what kind of nutrition protocol would you recommend before my fullbody workout?
5 am Coffee Banana
530-6:30 workout
7:00 Protein shake oats berries whey
?
Or is it fine to eat a breakfast with eggwhites oatmeal etc at this time?
