I have recently stumbled upon Fanta Zero made with stevia (attached) - I was also consuming Sprite Zero at this time but I prefer the orange taste better. What made me buy it is that it was a proper Zero (very low amount of calories)
However, after I have noticed that it is stevia as well
After a random search by mistake I have discovered that stevia is a diuretic (helps to flush the water)
That's very useful to me
My question is what other drinks act like this? Preferably, the tasty ones with low calories :-)
Finally, I can get other carbonated drinks that have low calories (but not Cola - cannot stand caffeine, as impacts my sleep) but they do not have stevia. The question is if stevia is really good at being a diuretic? I am asking since I am paying about 1.5 Euros per liter of this Fanta and other drink is only 1 Euro per liter (I drink about a liter per day, so it saves me like 5 Euros per week)
(Google "stevia diuretic" for source)
