I spent a couple of hours yesterday trying to figure out what to put in my diet.
I read the sticky about Macros so I know I should be eating 0,7g or protein per pound of target weight and 0,4g of fat per pound.
My stats:
26 years old male
5'11
roughly 28% body fat
245 pounds (I have a lot of excess skin since I lost 135 lbs in 8 months)
I recently started going to the gym (3x a week)
I play basketball 45 minutes or do some HIIT (sprints/jog) 30 minutes for a combined 3x a week
I would like to reach 200 pounds by april 2019. I will have to do surgery for skin when I am done because even now at 245 I have so much extra skin since I have been over 350lbs for 10 years
Here are my macros:
169g protein
80g fat
160g carbs
Total of around 2050 calories
Am I on the right track?
