So yea, occasionally I won't be able to get enough sleep on the day after my workout. Just curious if the muscle recovery I supposedly wasn't able to have due to lack of sleep on said day, will be done on the next day that I am able to have a decent amount of sleep? Or am I missing out by pulling all nighters due to a possible recovery window limited to the day of the workout?
