Bulking for Rugby (low protein)

Hey everyone
In 6 months time my first trail match for rugby is on and i want to bulk up as much as i can ready for the season
Currently i have a metabolic disorder where 3 of the enzymes to breakdown protein is not there since birth.
So i am limited to 50g of protein a day if there is any dieting tips,workout advice or supplament recommendations that would be great thanks
