Are processed cheese slices fit to eat ?

I bet they are pretty similar across all brands. They are about 50cals /20gram slice, 1/2 the cals are fats, about 3g protein.

Plus added chemicals to make it stick together and have a long shelf life, and lots of salt.

But they are cheap and I'm on a budget, the same amount of cottage cheese or real cheddar would be 2-3x the price.

I'm on a clean cut, then plan to clean bulk
