Hello everyone I been going to the gym solid for the past month 4 times a week and with 0 cardio due to not wanting to increase the calories required for me to grow. I seem to be fighting this insanely fast metabolism I weigh 120 at this moment put on about 6 pounds in the past month. My questions are
how many calories should i be aiming for? I do best with a goal in mind even if its fine to eat more due to putting on fat is more than fine.
Is 4 days a week ok to train for as long as im hitting my compound movements (Bench, squad, deadlifts)
I usually eat very clean 93/7 ground beef, rice, veggies is my staple. I do struggle with IBS and im lactose severely.
Thank you for the help. Hoping to hit 160 in whatever timeframe that I can in reasonable time. I have been week by week attempting to expand my stomach size.
